FORMS SUBMITTING DATE IS EXTENDED TO 24-09-2011.

TOTAL NUMBER OF FORMS SOLD TILL DATE – 30000

FORM AVAILABILITY-Main Post-Offices of each District of Uttarakhand (20000 more forms will be made available)

So if you were not able to get the entrance form earlier you can get them now.
